Terms and Conditions (Terms of Use)
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NailArtX mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the App.
2. Accounts and Access
Some features may require an account or sign-in. You are responsible for account activity and for keeping credentials secure.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App;
- upload unlawful or infringing content;
- attempt unauthorized access to services or user data.
4. User Content and Generated Results
You may submit photos, prompts, and other content. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content. Generated results are provided for personal use and may vary in quality and accuracy.
5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and/or one-time in-app purchases.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account after purchase confirmation.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
- Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Pricing, available subscription plans, and durations are shown in the App before purchase.
6. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy: https://nailsai-privacy.netlify.app/
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, branding, and non-user content, is owned by NailArtX or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NailArtX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or when required by law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Updated Terms become effective when posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Terms for Apple Users
If required by Apple, these Terms are between you and NailArtX, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App and its content, except as required by applicable law.
